Webinar Canada

The Spanish Biomass Association AVEBIOM and the Embassy of Canada to Spain are organizing a virtual workshop on opportunities in the bioenergy sector between Canada and Spain, focusing on the industrial production of biomass and bioenergy on March 18th, 2021 at 16:00 in Madrid (and 11:00 EST, Ottawa).

The Spanish and Canadian markets are different, but they share common challenges. During the discussion, experts in the topic from both countries will be speaking about the huge potential yet to be exploded and how it can help to achieve the ambitious countries’ climate change targets. A private sector roundtable with participants from Canada and Spain will discuss trends, opportunities and presenting success stories of how innovation and digitization can help to obtain more value out of the biomass production and transformation.

The webinar is offered at no cost, and the activity involves the possibility of participating in virtual b2b meetings between Canadian and Spanish attendees after the event (from March 22nd to 25th).
